President Obama signs off on New START treaty in White House ceremony

In a ceremony at the White House on Wednesday, February 2nd, President Obama signed the final ratification documents for the New START nuclear arms treaty with Russia. The United States and Russia are expected to exchange ratification documents this weekend, thereby bringing the treaty into force.
