Letter to the editor by WAND Board Member, Fern Katz:

In  a letter to the editor published on March 7th 2011,  WAND Board member Fern Katz writes that "The 'Draconian cuts' that Emergency Financial Manager Robert Bobb is talking about for Detroit Public Schools will be a disaster for the students." She continues with an argument of smart cuts to military and war spending instead of vital services like education and schools.
