Op-ed on the anniversary of the signing of the CTBT

WAND Executive Director, Susan Shaer, and WAND Public Policy Director, Kathy Crandall Robinson recently published an op-ed for the anniversary of the signing of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT).  The CTBT was originally signed by the United States in 1996. The U.S. took a leading role in the negotiations and was first in line to sign the treaty. Although the U.S. played a galvanizing role in signing the treaty, the U.S. Senate has still not ratified.
