Time for spring cleaning!

The Associated Press recently reported on the Obama Administration’s nuclear weapons policy review, claiming that specific deep cuts are being considered. The report was met with a barrage of criticism from several policy circles and some in Congress who are determined to maintain a large Cold War-era nuclear arsenal.

The president has made the right commitment to “put an end to Cold War thinking” and the administration’s thorough study should recommend bold steps in this direction.
