Arkansas WAND Mother's Day Luncheon

AR WAND web site

The 2004 WAND Arkansas Mother's Day Luncheon, held at Little Rock Club on May 4, was a huge success. Jean Gordon offered the opening and closing remarks; Reb. Betsy Singleton offered the invocation; and Julia Ward Howe (portrayed by Barbara Ward) made a special appearance.

Jo Luck, President and CEO of Heifer International, introduced the honoree, Betty Bumpers, the founder of Peace Links.

Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make the luncheon happen!
