Two members of WAND Southeast Michigan joined members of the National Council of Jewish Women/Greater Detroit Section to lobby in Senator Carl Levin's office in Detroit on Feb. 28. They discussed corrections to the No Child Left Behind Act and the HPV vaccine.

Oregon: Best in Show in the Eugene Peace Celebration Parade! | August 2006

Atlanta: Quilts for Peace | May 2006

In 2002, Judy Meeker visited Atlanta WAND and inspired members to make squares which she then fashioned into a quilt. The quilts are on display now. Bobbie Paul, WAND Atlanta executive director, says, "it seems right to think about women working for peace during the past four years."
