By turning its cameras on the local TV news media coverage, Fenceline shows how the news affects those closest to the issue. Even though it is a free event, it would be helpful to RSVP by email by Friday, April 18. Georgia Hill Neighborhood Center (Room 316), 250 Georgia Ave. Atlanta, 30312.

Join us for a dialogue with policy and decision makers on how to begin to make change. Although women have made tremendous gains politically, socially and in the workforce, they continue to lag far behind their male counterparts.  In Indiana, women are 61% of the workforce but still only make .72 cents for every dollar earned by men in comparable positions. That means each woman loses between $700,000 and $2 million in her lifetime.
