The Development Department of the World Resources Institute (WRI) is seeking a dynamic, energetic, highly motivated person to fill the position of Development Coordinator. The staff assistant reports to the director for public policy and provides administrative support for the deputy executive director for public policy and the senior advisor for public policy, as well as supporting the department's advocacy and media relations staff.

Deputy Executive Director
Amnesty International USA
The DED is a member of the six-person Executive Team reporting to the Executive Director. The DED directs the Advocacy, Policy and Research Department, comprised of two organizational units: Advocacy and Government Relations, and Research and Advocacy Development. S/he oversees AIUSA's direct US government and grassroots advocacy, thematic and regional expertise, and research into human rights abuses in the US.

Do you know a high school student who cares about global issues and wants the skills to mobilize their community? The Global Citizen Corps Leadership program is a totally free program for students. Global Citizen Corps is an international youth leadership program that brings students together to make a difference. Over one year, Leaders work with Mercy Corps staff to get the training and tools to raise awareness and organize effective local actions that make a global impact.
