Spreading the
word about the possibility of nuclear terrorism

WAND's
own Johnny Appleseed hits the road!
Even
though she's spreading a more frightening
message than Johnny ever did, we're delighted
that longtime WAND activist and educator Bobbie
Wrenn Banks is touring several states with
the word about the dangers of nuclear terrorism.

Using the docudrama "Last Best Chance" as
a springboard, she's talking with audiences in towns
across the country about what we can do to make ourselves
more secure. We should be aware, and we should be
frightened of the possibility; however, we should
also know that we can prevent this catastrophe. It's
up to us.
If
you've never had the good fortune to meet Bobbie Wrenn,
you might want to try to reach her and see if she
can drop by your town.
