With these powerful works of art, Atlanta WAND MOX Coordinator Jen Kato informed the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in no uncertain terms that the people of Georgia will not tolerate MOX (mixed oxided fuel) in their backyard.

The posters combined artwork from several artists and was displayed at NRC public meetings on MOX in Columbia and North Augusta (South Carolina) in June. The MOX program will be heating up this fall and winter.
