“The Truth About Sequestration:
Deficit Reduction & You”

Featuring Emily J. Holubowich, this program outlined the devastating effects of sequestration on non-defense discretionary spending. While sequestration is the law of the land, Congress and the President do have the opportunity to work together to prevent it by seeking alternatives to reduce the deficit; like responsible reductions to our bloated Pentagon budget. To muster the political will to make tough choices, lawmakers need to hear from constituents that indiscriminate cuts to important domestic priorities are not acceptable.
