Invest in Women's Leadership
Who we are
Women’s Action for New Directions (WAND) and the Women Legislators’ Lobby (WiLL) build women’s political power and support women’s leadership. We believe that women are central to discussions of how we as a nation spend taxpayer money, ensure national security, and engage with the world. We are nonpartisan and our members routinely work across the aisle to build women’s political power
Your impact
As a sponsor, you will not only invest in growing women’s political leadership, you will also have a unique opportunity to build relationships with decision makers from across the country.
The 2019 WiLL/WAND National Women’s Leadership Conference will bring together some of the most active and engaged women state legislators from around the country for three days of education and training, networking, and advocacy.
Get connected with electeds
Women make up nearly 30% of state legislatures nationally - a number that is up 3.5% from just one year ago and growing annually. Getting to know and support these leaders is critical for state and local government relations and sales organizations.
The women who come to our conference represent 38 states and include experienced legislators in leadership positions as well as newly electeds eager to make their mark. Many have their eye on running for higher office in the future and all are committed to growing their leadership skills.
Select the best option for
your organization
We know that every organization is unique. That is why we have created myriad options for you to choose from. Whether it is hosting an intimate dinner on Capitol Hill with a select group of legislators or providing scholarships to newly-elected women, we have an option that suits your needs.

The WiLL National Partner Program offers select companies and organizations the unique opportunity to affiliate and network with nearly 700 women legislators from all 50 states, more than one-third of all women currently serving in state legislatures, who participate in WAND’s WiLL program. Partner contributions support WiLL activities around the shared core values of women’s leadership development, building the communications capacity of women leaders, and supporting women’s political power and representation in elected office, including state legislatures and the U.S. Congress.
